I n the framework of the water system realization we solve the supplying with water from other sources than water main - wells, natural as well as artificial water tanks, water flows, accumulation vessels. In these cases this is a question ofequipment of the concrete mixing plant with the automatic pressure station which is equipped with the necessary quantity of pumps (possibility of cascade connection) and the pressure vessel. The suitable supplement of the automatic pressure station is the accumulation vessel which can be utilized in combination for heating of the mixing water (metal, plastic one). Also a certain water reserve for technological purposes can be kept here.

The water level in the accumulation vessel its supplementing and pumping is controlled by the level indicators with the signaling of defects on pumps, state of the water quantity in the tank and crash situations.

Thermal system

For ensuring the manufacturing of concrete mixtures in winter time period it is possible to make use of the offer of the company MERKO CZ a.s. and to supplement the concrete mixing plant with:

• Heating through of the tank, res. the stockyard of aggregates with hot air
• Tempering the space of the concrete mixing plant
• Heating of mixing water

The heating of mixing water

Each case is dealt with individually based on the local situation and requirements. mixing water can be prepared according to the following methods:

• Accumulation method - a thermally insulated pressure free vessel of the largest volume, within which water is heated at times outside of production. During the manufacturing process the water is just heated. This method is recommended in cases when the concrete plant is supplied with water from alternative sources - not the communal water source. mixing water is transported by AT station which is connected by suction main to the accumulation vessel.
• The flow through method - the necessary quantity of water in prepared based on the immediate needs of production: this variation is demanding on installed current.

The heating of gravel with heated air

Equipment which serves to temper gravel in outdoor storage, either row or tower configuration, is formed by the following parts:

• Hot air generators
• High-pressure ventilator with distribution piping and distribution jets
• Automatic operation management and fault monitoring and announcement by the use of GSM
• Heat of operation (air) 100°C

Tempering the operational plant

Heat source for heating is a hot air unit or thermal aggregates.

Location of water and thermal system

The equipment of water and thermal system can be placed in the spaces of the concrete mixing plant or in the movable container. The container is equipped with the electric heating convectors which temper the container on the inside temperature of +10°C, so, in this space the freezing cannot occur.

Fuel base

The thermal equipment units proposed can be operated with the connection on the natural gas, LTO or propane distributions, alternatively with the solution - on electrical current.
