It is an equipment used for flushing the rests of concretefrom the concrete mixing plant and from the trucks.This plant was designed as a environment friendly circular washing system.
The flushed aggregates are then stored on the stock yard from which they are transported again in the concrete mixing plant whereas the waste water from the flushing process is pumpedout from the pits in the water scales.

It separates aggregates from water. According to the separation method two separator models are available:
- Drum separator: RBZ 09
- Screw separator: SB 12
The separator shall be installed according to the optimum concept and design of the whole concrete mixing plant and is available in various modifications (RZM 12). The plant is equipped with additional systems, e.g. the metering pumps for pumping in the concrete mixing plant, in truck concrete mixers, waste water clarifierspreventing the particles from settling down, connection piping leading to the concrete mixing plant and other additional systems. The plant is designed for the year-long operation.
The apparatus is equipped with additional technology containing a dosing pump into the concrete plant. Filling auto mix, waste water pumps guarding against improper sedimentation, connecting piping into the concrete plant and other necessary additions. The concept of the equipment is treated for year round operation.
Control system
The control system design is based on the principle of the logic programmable unit allowing for variable presetting and solution of customer´s requirements.
The plant is equipped with safety and control elements as well as with the remote failure alarm system.
