 The concrete mixing plants are used as stationery mixing plants with concrete throughput especially for readymix. This system of concrete mixing plants offers the advanced technology with high productivity required for modern production plants.
Equipment of the concrete mixing plant
The concrete mixing plant is equipped with up-to-date electronic weighing system for weighing all components. The scales are installed so that the optimum output, life of the whole machine and minimum maintenance requirements are ensured. The supporting system consists of welded structures in form of two platforms for the mixer and the weighing systems. On the steel structure the aggregates silo and the cement silo. On the steel structure the control room and other additional equipment can be installed.
Additional equipment
The steel structure is covered with heat insulation cladding. In the concrete plant further systems, e.g. for water or aggregates heating can be added.
Cement system includes the cement silos in which cement or special additives are stored. Cement or additives are then metered with the screw conveyors on the scales. The silos are equipped with safety, interlocking and signalling system and the cement filters.Cement is transported in the pneumatic piping system.
Aggregates silo:
In the aggregates silo above the mixing centre the specificfractionsof aggregates and sand are stored. Aggregates and sand are metered with the pneumatic regulating gates in the scales. Aggregates are trans-ported on belt conveyors or on the elevator from the stock yard or directly unloaded from the trucks.
