This mixer is especially used to production of transport concrete and concrete for prefabricated unit. Year-long verified conception of mixer with vertical rotation axis of mixing units. Wide models range with output from 0,5m³ to 3m³ of concrete per batch. Mixing paddles of material Ni-Hard 600 HB, variation with tungsten sheets or Castolin hard facing is possible. Bottom and walls of the mixer are equipped with exchangeable abrasion-resistant lots in different design suitable for concrete application.
Elastic attachment of mixing arms in rotary head of mixer allows absorption of strokes and setting of shovel in the event of their abrasion. Mixer body is equipped with drive and gear-box with enough power - short mixing times with perfect blending of mixtures.

 This mixer is specially designed for wet cast, dry cast, heavy and lightweight concrete. Normally it is installed on a prefabrication yard. The mixer uses counter current mixing system that together with free inner space allows perfect homogenizing of mixture. Wide models range with output from 0,33m³ to 2m³ of concrete per batch.
Mixing paddles, placed on the rotary spiders, are delivered in rubber. Wear plates at the bottom and on the walls of mixers are from metal steel 450 HB. Wear plates can be delivered also from more resistant materials such as Castolin. Powerful and reliable gearboxes ensure long lifetime of mixers. Mixers with output 0,5m³ and more have got fluid coupling for transfer of turning moment between drive and gear-box that protects against overload. The advantage of counter current mixing system is all the energy is transferred directly to the mixing mixture.
