Machine manufacture begins in our project offices. The project documentation comes through the manufacturing preparation to manufacturing itself. Centralization of the manufacturing base into one place ensures immediate consultation and remediation of all problem situations. Manufacturing is equipped with the most modern technology. Thanks to sufficient manufacturing space, finalisation hall and modern manipulation and lifting tools, we are able to manufacture several components at once.
1The manufactured machine is equipped with functioning components, then electro installation is finished and we gradually test each component.
2Upon complete control of functional tests and final adjustments the machine is disassembled into several parts and transported from our premises.
3At the same time we ship all other parts necessary for the life of the machine directly to its final destination where our drivers take it
4At agreed times the final destination of the customers machine is visited by technicians, for completion, application into service sometimes sealing of the machine.
Service A vital part of the whole manufacturing process is ensuring warranty and after warranty service.
Materials storage is fulfilled with necessary raw materials used by our machinists, locksmiths, and
manipulation workers use to make individual parts of the concrete plant.
