 Technological equipment predominantly for production of transport concrete with a possibility of fast assembly and disassembly to be used for production in certain location. Alternative accessories are mobile foundations for concrete mixing plant, cement silos and other equipment.
Only a single communication cable to control room, to ensure the mobility of the equipment, interconnects control system.
Mobile concrete plants, series MB 1 - MB 2
Series MB1 – MB2 mobile concrete mixing plants are based experience acquired on horizontal concrete mixing plants series HBS1 – HBS 2. During design of mobile type plants, the focus was on easy assembling procedure, transport and their operation.
Structural elements
Concrete mixing plant consists of basic containers that are assembled into one unit:

Basic container with feeding equipment and its extension, which represents reservoir for gravel

Container with mixer and connecting technology

Top container with skip drive and cement hinged scale and power part of distributor

Skip track intermediate piece

For transport, it is necessary to include other equipment complementing concrete mixing plant such as control room with control system, cement silos, mobile foundations and sheathing
Technology is interconnected by cable paths ensuring easy connection. Actual distributor is installed in top container for the purpose of reducing of interconnections of cables to individual machines to necessary minimum. Control system in control room is connected only by data cable.
The theoretical performance of the cement plant is given for a mixture of three different gravel types, one type of cement and single reagents, for a mixing period of 30 sec and continuous concrete mixtures.
