Experienced assembly group ensures complete installation, operating tests and commissioning, including machine operator's training that relates to operation and maintenance of the equipment. After the equipment commissioning, both the warranty and after warranty service are provided, including the provision of original spare parts. Technical support and particular service action can be carried out also by telephone or remote administration management of concrete plants' control system.

Many years of experience led to the creation of the service center that is enhanced with the best service interventions carried out in different parts of the world. The main service center is to be found in company's MERKO CZ, a.s. domicile in Ostrava. Customers from other countries may also use the services of our foreign branches, which carry out the coordination of the subject and immediately inform the head office.
